Smitten on Paper Reviews

We ordered our wedding invitations from Smitten on Paper, and overall they came out nice. The design was cute and looked close to what we chose online, so I was happy with that part.
The paper quality was okay, but I expected it to feel a little thicker for the price. A few of the prints also had tiny marks along the edges, and while it wasn’t a huge deal, that part was weird and I definitely noticed it.

Shipping was smooth and everything arrived packed well, so no complaints there. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience at all, but the invites just didn’t completely wow me.

The proofing process got frustrating. I had to ask twice, and even then the proof still came back wrong. At that point, I was just impatient to get it fixed and move on.

Overall, I’m happy with my order. I’ve ordered similar cards before from other places, and these looked just as nice, if not better. Everything arrived safely and was packaged well. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d still order from them again.

The envelopes themselves were really cute, but the address printing came out lighter than I expected and a few of them were slightly crooked. I was also a bit confused because the website made it seem like the printing would be more crisp and centered. They weren’t awful, but for the price, I don’t think I’d order them again

The foil stamping does look really nice in certain spots, but it’s a bit frustrating because the quality isn’t consistent. Some of the letters came out clean, while others weren’t fully pressed and had tiny gaps. I also felt like I couldn’t get a straight answer on whether that was normal or not, which made it more annoying. It’s still usable, but for the price, I expected a more even finish.

We were really happy with how our save the dates came out. The paper felt nice and sturdy, not flimsy at all, and the colors were close to what we saw online. Shipping was smooth, everything arrived clean, and yeah, overall we’re super happy with them

I had to keep chasing for updates, and when I did get replies, they were usually short and came late. I get that people are busy, but it just didn’t feel very respectful or fair as a customer to be left hanging like that. Overall, I felt ignored through most of the process.

I ordered from Smitten on Paper and honestly??? My stuff showed up way faster than I expected!! The tracking was easy to follow, everything arrived in great shape, and I’m just super glad I wasn’t stuck waiting forever... Definitely a nice surprise!!!

My order was mostly fine, one item was wrong, but everything else showed up okay

It wasn’t terrible, but the letterpress looked uneven and the impression was lighter than I expected. I had a feeling it might be off when I first saw it, i should’ve trusted my instinct.

I had a question and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The issue was sorted out without any hassle, so overall it was a smooth and helpful experience

I was expecting the return to be a bit of a hassle, but nope, it was super simple. I kept thinking, okay, where’s the catch? But everything went smoothly, and the refund showed up quickly too. No complaints from me.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but the site was actually simple to use. I found the stationery I was looking for without having to dig around forever, and it worked fine on my phone. The photos were clear enough to tell what I was buying, which helped.

I got my order from smittenonpaper.com and overall, the packaging was Solid. It definitely looked like they put some care into it, which I always appreciate.

The only thing I noticed was a small dent on one corner of the box. Luckily, everything inside was totally fine. The paper items were wrapped up nicely and stayed clean, so no real complaints there.
I probably would’ve given it 5 stars if the outside box felt a little sturdier, but it was still a Good experience and I’d order again.

Checkout went smoothly for me, at least as far as I could tell. I didn’t run into any weird issues, and the payment went through quickly. i’m not always the best at noticing little glitches, but everything seemed fine and I was happy with it.

I just wanted decent, thicker paper, so it was frustrating that something so simple ended up being disappointing. The paper felt cheap and wasn’t as thick as I expected.

I ordered a sample first because I wanted to check the paper and print quality before committing to a bigger order. It was okay, but I expected it to feel a little nicer for the price. It’s not terrible by any means, just didn’t wow me. I might still order, but I’m definitely not fully convinced yet.
